This is Chika, one of the many not-really-our-dog-but-we-feed-her-more-than-her-real-owners-so-she-now-lives-at-our-house dogs. She is half blind and half deaf and spends most of her time running around in circles and barking at nothing. But gosh darn is she cute. She sleeps in a box full of old charcoal bags and attacks the kitchen towel with full vim and vigour.
