A little dash of Canada. The Maple Kit Kat (and White to boot!). Note the Maple Leaf, make's it almost Canadian. At the moment Japan is in a maple frenzy. They have maple ice cream at the Mini Stop convenience store and all the bakeries have jumped on the Maple Melon Pan bandwagon. This chocolate bar however, tastes nothing like Maple.

It's unusual in say...France and one would imagine that Japanese people would be uninformed as to the joys of Canadian tree sap, but with the prevalence of Maple in the country it's originality factor is lost.
