OH CANADA!!!
Today I am happy to be a Canadian because
today Canada became the third country in the world to fully legalize same sex marriages (Canada, Belgium and the Netherlands are now the axis of acceptance). I am proud to be from a country that acknowledges that gays and lesbians have just as many rights as their straight counterparts.
Congratulations to all my friends in the queer community.

Did you hear, U.S. supreme court justice Sandra Day O'Connor just retired and Bush gets to appoint a new (conservative freak) one. Maybe I should move to Canada. All is lost in the U.S...
